Have a question or want to know more information about our services? Here's a list of some frequent questions we get asked by our clients! If you have any other questions not listed here, feel free to contact us!

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Please note that if service is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, a cancelation fee equal to the price of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.  We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment; however, that will be subject to availability. 

What is your rescheduling policy?

  • If you’re rescheduling the week of your appointment, fee is subject to range from $25-50 dependent on timeframe of notice.

Do you accept online bookings? 

  • Yes, we do accept online bookings, we are a fully automated and frictionless customer service cleaning provider. Feel free to book online

Is there anything I can do to prepare for the cleaners? 

Yes, you can.....

  • Tidy up the floors to provide as much space for vacuuming/mopping

  • Put away clutter on kitchen counters

  • Make sure there are no dishes in the kitchen sink

  • Determine if there are any places you wouldn't like us to clean

  • If you have any large dogs, please put them away or out of the house during the booking

  • Any weaponry mustn't be left out in plain sight

  • Be prepared for phone calls or texts if our cleaners are to arrive early or late

Does anyone need to be on the property during the booking?

  • We at Early Bird leave that up to our customers, we understand everyone's comfortability is different and base this policy on each individual. If you'd like to be off the property during the booking you can leave codes, places for keys, or instructions in your customer notes while you are making your booking.

Do you take cash?  

  •  Unfortunately, we do not accept any cash or check payments. We do however accept online payment via debit card, credit card, or bank transfer. 

 

Do you provide your own equipment? 

  • Our cleaners provide all the equipment needed to complete services. If you have a specific request, ex. Stainless steel fridge shining, we ask that you provide our cleaners with those solutions to help complete the service. 

 

How do we pay for the service? 

  • Once the cleaning service is completed and payment will be made with the payment details that were collected upon booking - the final invoice will be sent to you directly and payment will be pushed through. 

 

What types of services do you offer? 

  • We offer a wide range of house cleaning services - please review our service inclusions page to see details breaking down exactly what we can offer. 

 

Do you offer carpet cleaning or window cleaning? 

  • Unfortunately, we only offer house cleaning services and no niche-type services such as carpet cleaning and window cleaning.

What We Don't Clean
   
The Early Bird Cleaners don't clean the following: 

  • Human waste of any kind

  • Animal feces

  • Infestations of any bugs

  • Moving of any furniture

  • Anything above a two step-ladder reach
